Classes and workshops

Life does not always go to plan. We offer a few alternatives to help you out when that happens. Contact us online or send us an email at gallery@pmac.art or call us at (613) 703-7684 to make an arrangement.

Substitution

You may invite another person to attend as your substitute at any time. Simply let us know about the substitution before the class starts. 

Cancellation 14 days out

If you cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled date, we will refund 90% of your booking. 

Cancellation fewer than 14 days out

If you cancel fewer than fourteen days before the scheduled date We will endeavor to fill your seat, if we do, we will refund you 50% of your booking, otherwise you will forfeit your entire booking fee. 

Failure to attend

If you do not attend the experience, and you have not made an alternate arrangement with us beforehand, you forfeit your booking fee.

Late arrivals

Please arrive a little early, settle in and help yourself to some refreshments. Late arrivals disrupt the rest of the class, and it may not be possible for the instructor to help you catch up. Late arrivals may be refused participation at the facilitator's discretion.

Cancellations in case of extreme weather events

If we have to cancel a class because extreme weather is forecast, making travel unsafe on the day of your workshop, we will contact you by email as soon as we become aware of the need to cancel and offer alternate dates for you to attend a workshop.

If we cancel a class or workshop

In the event that PMAC must cancel a class or workshop, because of unforeseen circumstances or for not meeting minimum enrollment requirements, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the need to cancel and offer alternate dates. You will be entitled to a full refund if you're not interested in the alternate date.

Gallery returns

As each artwork is unique, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the work can be shown to have been defective at the time of purchase.

We may, at our discretion and — after having consulted with the creator of the artwork — allow an exchange for another work by the same artist.

A 15% handling fee will apply.

Commissioned work

Please refer to the agreement between you and the commissioned artist. 

Retail returns and exchange

Retail items can be exchanged within seven days of purchase if the item is unopened in its original packaging. A 15% handling and restocking fee will apply.

Uncut art-glass can be exchanged within seven days of purchase. A 15% handling and restocking fee will apply. 

Chemicals and fusible glass cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
