We invite artists to spend time in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SDG), Akwasasne, Cornwall and surrounding communities throughout 2026 — working en plein air or gathering reference material that captures the places, faces, events and everyday moments that make Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec a great place to live.
Exhibition guidelines will be published 23 August.

We are currently considering artists for solo exhibitions in the PMAC Gallery's 2027 calendar. If you have a sufficient body of calibre work to show, please book some time to show us.

Do I have to sign a contract?
By participating in an exhibition, you agree to become a consignment artist for the works you submit for the duration of the exhibit.
Unless you already have a signed Artist/Gallery Cooperation Agreement in place, you will have to sign the agreement when you submit your work.The Agreement serves to protect your and the Gallery's interests.
You can withdraw from the agreement at the end of the current exhibit in which you have work on display.
If you don't have work on display, you can withdraw from the agreement at any time.
May I show, but not offer my work for sale?
No. This exhibition is geared toward artists wanting to sell their works.
How many works may I submit?
We recommend you submit 3-5 works for consideration. A mix of larger and smaller works is recommended as our gallery is able to show more smaller works than larger.
Artists who'd like to exhibit multiple works should reach out to start a conversation about a profile or solo exhibit in 2027.

May I submit my work electronically?
No. We do not accept electronic submissions.
When we curate the exhibit, we want to evaluate the actual physical qualities and presentability of each artwork. We weigh each work's potential to contribute to the exhibit in the context of all the submitted works. And we look at the work's potential to find a buyer or collector.
