How to submit your work

  • Submission window

    Submit 3-5 physical works — in any medium which the gallery can display — for consideration during the 14-30 August intake window.

  • Accepted works

    Selected works, and works currently on exhibit, retained for the fall exhibit, will be photographed and included in PMAC’s digital gallery expected to come online through the fall.

  • Exhibit

    This exhibit opens 05 September until further notice. Artists are asked to commit to exhibiting their work for 90 days.

Is there a fee to enter?

No, the PMAC gallery does not charge artists to display their work. If your work sells, the gallery earns a commission. Learn more.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Unless you already have a signed Artist/Gallery Cooperation Agreement in place, you will have to sign the agreement when you submit your work.The Agreement serves to protect your and the Gallery's interests. Learn more about how the gallery works.

May I show, but not offer my work for sale?

No. This exhibition is geared toward artists wanting to sell their works.

How many works may I submit?

We recommend you submit 3-5 works for consideration.

Artists who'd like to exhibit more works should reach out to start a conversation about a profile or solo exhibit.

May I submit my work electronically?

No. We will not be considering electronic submissions for this exhibit.

When we curate the exhibit, we want to evaluate the actual physical qualities and presentability of each artwork. We weigh each work's potential to contribute to the exhibit in the context of all the submitted works. And we look at the work's potential to find a buyer or collector.

When will I get my artwork back if not selected to be exhibited?

Works not selected for the exhibit will be available for collection once the collection has been curated and the exhibition opens. We will notify you you via email if your work(s) need to be collected. Ditto for works currently on exhibit and not included in the upcoming exhibit.
