Exhibit Your Work
Curated Exhibit & Curatorial Award
On Guard for Thee…
15 August to 08 November 2026
On Guard for Thee… quietly celebrates being Canadian and asks what it means to be on guard — for one another, for our shared values, and for those whose voices are too often unheard. We invite artists to reflect on these turbulent times and how everyday acts of kindness and courage make Canada our home of choice.
Party-political-focussed works would be considered inappropriate to the ethos of this exhibit.
Curatorial Award
This exhibit will be underpinned by a Curatorial Award honouring a work that is conceptually robust, expertly executed and resonates with the theme. The PMAC Curatorial Award reflects our commitment to meaningful recognition, thoughtful curation, and the continued growth of our arts community.
People’s Choice Award
Visitors will be invited to engage with the exhibit by voting for a People’s Choice Award, celebrating the work that most engages our audience.
